Context

JL EXPRESS brings day-to-day delivery management and professional visual creation together in one Flutter app. Business data is stored on the device.

Problem

A courier needs to track jobs, clients, collected payments and expenses without scattering that information across tools.

Objective

Bring daily operations and shareable business materials into one mobile tool backed by local data.

Architecture

A feature-based Flutter app. AppStore holds the profile, jobs, clients and expenses; StudioStore manages saved designs. Objects are serialized as JSON in SharedPreferences, with no backend or sync configured.

Technical decisions

Offline storage

The stores keep data locally with SharedPreferences, without relying on a server service.

Template-based Studio

Creations combine a template, the current profile and custom fields, then can be exported or shared.

Result

Android app delivered to the client in October 2026. The client said they were satisfied and ready to recommend us.

Possible evolution

  • Play Store release with a final application ID and signing key.
  • Online data backup, so nothing is lost when changing phones.
  • Add guided data recovery and broaden Finance, Clients and storage-flow tests.
